Booking Policies

Clear, tier-aligned policies for how RestedSA Mobile handles availability windows, appointment confirmation, rescheduling, and cancellation or refund requests. Submitting a booking request means you have read and accepted these terms.

Availability windows

  • Standard hours: Monday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM CT across San Antonio and Bexar County.
  • After-hours (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM CT): Available by approval only. Premium or Elite tier and an additional after-hours surcharge apply.
  • Holidays & peak dates: Limited availability. Elite retainer clients receive priority scheduling.
  • Lead time: 24 hrs recommended for Basic, 48 hrs for Premium, 72 hrs for Elite. Same-day requests are considered but not guaranteed.

Confirmation flow

  1. You submit a booking request with tier, hours, location, and intake acknowledgments.
  2. The RestedSA office reviews for fit, scope, and availability.
  3. If approved, we send confirmation with deposit instructions and the assigned window.
  4. Your appointment is confirmed only after the tier-specific deposit is received.
  5. A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment until you receive written confirmation from RestedSA.

Basic

2-hour minimum

$35 non-refundable deposit

Confirmation window
Confirmed within 24 hours of request approval.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule with ≥ 24 hrs notice. Same-day reschedule forfeits the deposit; a new deposit is required to rebook.
Cancellation & refund
Cancel ≥ 24 hrs before start: deposit held as credit toward a future booking within 60 days. Cancel < 24 hrs: deposit forfeited.
No-show
No-show or unreachable at start time: full deposit forfeited, no credit issued.

Premium

4-hour minimum

$50 non-refundable deposit

Confirmation window
Confirmed within 12 hours of request approval; scheduled window locked once you accept.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule with ≥ 48 hrs notice. Inside 48 hrs, a new $50 deposit is required to hold a new slot.
Cancellation & refund
Cancel ≥ 48 hrs before start: deposit held as credit toward a future booking within 60 days. Cancel < 48 hrs: deposit forfeited.
No-show
No-show or unreachable at start time: full deposit forfeited and any dispatched travel is billed at the travel rate.

Elite

6-hour minimum / custom retainer

25% of total booking value as retainer deposit

Confirmation window
Confirmed within 6 hours of request approval; dedicated provider is blocked out for your window.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule with ≥ 72 hrs notice. Inside 72 hrs, 50% of the retainer is retained; the remainder rolls to a new date within 30 days.
Cancellation & refund
Cancel ≥ 72 hrs before start: retainer held in full as credit toward a future booking within 90 days. Cancel < 72 hrs: full retainer forfeited.
No-show
No-show or unreachable at start time: full retainer forfeited, plus travel and any pre-committed provider hours billed at the Elite rate.

Refunds — the rule of thumb

  • Deposits and retainers are non-refundable in cash. They may be held as credit toward a future booking when you cancel within the notice window listed above.
  • Credits expire (60 days for Basic/Premium, 90 days for Elite) and are non-transferable.
  • Travel already dispatched at the time of cancellation is billed at the posted travel rate regardless of tier.
  • If RestedSA cancels for any reason on our side, your deposit is refunded in full or applied at your choice.

Rescheduling — how to request

Reschedule requests must come from the booking contact by phone, text, or email before the notice window closes. Please include your booking reference and proposed new window. Reschedules are subject to availability in your tier.

Conduct & safety exception

Regardless of tier, appointments ended for boundary or safety violations forfeit the deposit or retainer in full with no reschedule credit. See our Trust & Safety policy for details.
