Trust & Safety

This page is maintained by the RestedSA Mobile team and describes how we verify the people involved in every appointment, the limits of what we provide, and what happens when boundaries are violated. It is editable app-owned content, not an independent certification.

Client verification

Every booking request is reviewed before it is confirmed. To confirm an appointment we require:

  • A valid contact phone number and email that we can reach.
  • A confirmed service address or pickup location inside our service area.
  • Signed intake acknowledgments and a paid deposit tied to your tier.
  • For high-value, after-hours, event, or on-site corporate bookings, RestedSA may request a brief verification call to the company office or a government-issued ID before approval.

Provider screening

Anyone dispatched under the RestedSA Mobile name is onboarded through our screening process before being assigned to a client. At a minimum, each provider passes one of the following plus a company office contact check:

  • Government-issued photo ID verification, or
  • Nationwide criminal background check.
  • Direct verification with the RestedSA office, including reachable phone contact and confirmation of active status before dispatch.

Providers offering rides, concierge transport, or protective presence are only permitted to deliver those services where they are legally allowed and appropriately licensed under Texas law.

Defined service limits

RestedSA Mobile provides trusted non-clinical presence and support. We do not provide:

  • Medical, clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic care of any kind.
  • Massage, spa, or bodywork services.
  • Prescription handling, injections, or administration of medication.
  • Anything sexual, romantic, or otherwise outside a professional scope.
  • Armed protective services outside licensed, Texas-legal settings.

Every appointment operates inside the tier you booked (Basic, Premium, or Elite) with its stated minimum hours, scope, and location terms. See pricing tiers and booking policies for full details.

What happens if boundaries are violated

We enforce a single, clear rule for behavior that crosses a stated boundary — from either side of the appointment:

  • Immediate end. The appointment is terminated on the spot, no completion, no rescheduling of that session.
  • Deposit forfeited. The full deposit is retained. Any pre-paid hours already used are billed at the tier rate.
  • Permanent ban. The client is removed from future booking eligibility across all services and referrals.

Triggers include (but are not limited to): inappropriate or sexual requests, intoxication that creates an unsafe environment, undisclosed guests or extra attendees, weapons or illegal substances at the appointment location, threats or aggression toward the provider, or attempts to redirect the service outside its stated scope.

Serious incidents may also be reported to local authorities. Providers are instructed to leave immediately whenever they feel unsafe, and RestedSA stands behind that decision without exception.

Reporting a concern

Clients and providers can report a safety, conduct, or verification concern through our contact page. Reports are reviewed by the RestedSA office and acted on promptly.

RestedSA Mobile provides trusted non-medical, non-clinical companion, mobility, transportation, and presence support. This page describes current trust and safety practices and may be updated as our process evolves.
