Is this medical care?+

No. RestedSA Mobile is a non-medical support and accompaniment brand. We do not diagnose, treat, medicate, or provide nursing, therapy, or home health services.

Why are there minimum booking times?+

Minimums protect scheduling, travel, and preparation time so every appointment is fully staffed and on time. Basic is 2 hours, Premium and Elite are 4 hours.

How do I choose between Basic, Premium, and Elite?+

Basic fits routine companionship, errands, and appointments. Premium fits events, ride and concierge support, and longer blocks. Elite fits executive accompaniment, custom plans, and priority recurring support.

Can I book one time only?+

Yes. Every tier is available for a single booking. Memberships are optional and only make sense once you know you want recurring support.

Do you provide transportation?+

Yes, we offer ride and concierge support under the Premium tier — including your-vehicle concierge and appointment transport presence. We are not a licensed common-carrier taxi service.

Can you offer armed protection?+

Only where the service is fully structured under Texas legal and licensing requirements for armed security or protective services — including training, qualification, background screening, and active state authorization. General companion presence and licensed protective presence are always kept separate.

How do you build trust with new clients?+

Provider vetting, identity verification, published pricing, written boundaries, secure intake, a signed appointment agreement, and a direct escalation line for any concern.

Will prices change?+

Published rates are honored for any confirmed booking. Rates may adjust over time as demand, coverage, and service quality evolve — members lock in their membership rate for the term.

Do you offer memberships?+

Yes. Basic Membership is 8 hours/month for $299. Premium Membership is 16 hours/month for $899. Elite Retainer starts at $1,500/month with custom hours and priority response.

    We show time minimums, hourly rates, and any applicable add-ons (after-hours, holiday, travel) before you confirm. No hidden fees.

    Confirm booking and secure payment method

    You confirm the booking and add a payment method. We may authorize but do not charge until the assignment is accepted according to our terms.

    Match with a support provider and review details

    We assign a provider, share key details with them, and send you a confirmation with name, photo (if available), and expected arrival window.

Important Information & Terms

Non-medical services disclaimer. RestedSA Mobile provides non-medical companion, mobility, event, transportation-support, and accompaniment services. We do not provide licensed medical care, home health, nursing, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or medication management under these service categories.

Texas private security disclaimer. Any protective or security-related services, including armed or commissioned work, will only be offered through structures that meet Texas Department of Public Safety private security requirements and applicable training and licensing standards. Armed or commissioned officers in Texas must complete specified training, examinations, fingerprinting, background checks, and registration or licensing pathways before performing those duties.

Conduct and boundaries. RestedSA Mobile services are professional, non-romantic, and non-sexual. We prohibit illegal activity, harassment, or boundary violations and reserve the right to end services or refuse bookings when safety or ethics are at risk.

Cancellations and rescheduling. Cancellations more than 24 hours before start time: no fee. Cancellations within 24 hours: charged a percentage or minimum fee to cover reserved time. No-shows without notice: charged at least the minimum block. Deposits are applied toward the service total when the appointment is honored.

Liability and emergencies. Our providers are not law enforcement, medical personnel, or legal advisors. In emergencies they will follow your instructions where safe and appropriate, and may contact emergency services when someone is in immediate danger. In any medical or life-safety emergency, call 911 immediately. RestedSA Mobile disclaims liability for outcomes outside our defined scope to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law.
