Booking & Appointment Policies

Clear, respectful policies that protect every client and every appointment. Submitting a request means you have read and agreed to these terms.

• Booking: Every request is reviewed before approval. Submitting a request is not a confirmed appointment.
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment and applies to your final balance.
• Travel: Starts at $25. Transport and concierge routes are quoted by mileage and time based on distance, parking, tolls, and access.
• After-Hours: Available by approval only and may include additional travel or service fees.
• Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be allowed with sufficient notice and approval.
• Conduct: Professional, non-clinical, and respectful at all times. Inappropriate, illegal, or unsafe conduct ends the appointment immediately with no refund.
• Attendees: No unapproved guests or extra people. Approved couples, caregiver-supported, event, corporate, and group appointments must be disclosed before confirmation.
• Privacy: All requests, locations, and conversations are kept confidential.
• Boundaries: We do not provide medical, clinical, or therapeutic services. Armed protective presence is provided only where legally permitted and appropriately licensed.
