Booking & Appointment Policies

Clear, respectful policies that protect every client and every appointment. Submitting a request means you have read and agreed to these terms.

• Booking: Every request is reviewed before approval. Submitting a request is not a confirmed appointment.
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment and applies to your final balance.
• Travel: Begins at $25 and is finalized based on distance, parking, tolls, venue access, and after-hours requests.
• After-Hours: Available by approval only and may include additional travel or service fees.
• Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be allowed with sufficient notice and approval.
• Conduct: Professional, non-medical, and respectful at all times. Inappropriate conduct ends the appointment immediately with no refund.
• Privacy: All requests, locations, and conversations are kept confidential.
• Boundaries: We do not provide medical care, licensed treatment, or any service outside our published menu.
