Changing your membership

Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to the day — you're credited for the unused part of your old plan and only charged the difference. Cancelling keeps your benefits and included hours through the end of the period you already paid for. Manage all of it yourself from the receipt page after checkout.
