This page is maintained by the RestedSA Mobile team to answer common security and privacy questions about how we handle appointment requests and client information. It is editable content describing our current practices, not an independent certification or third-party audit.
When you submit an appointment request, we collect the name, phone, email, location details, appointment preferences, and any notes you choose to share. We use this information solely to review, schedule, and deliver your requested appointment.
Booking requests are stored in our managed backend database hosted on Lovable Cloud. Access is restricted to authorized RestedSA staff for the purpose of reviewing and confirming appointments.
We do not sell client information. Limited information may be processed by service providers we use to operate the site and booking flow (for example, our hosting provider and the Booksy booking widget when you choose to book through it). Each provider handles data under its own terms.
Deposits and payments are handled outside of this website through the instructions we share after your request is approved. We do not store full payment card numbers on this site.
All requests, locations, and conversations are kept confidential. Our services are professional, non-clinical, and respectful at all times. See our full policies for deposit, travel, cancellation, conduct, and attendee rules.
You can request that we update or delete the information tied to your appointment request by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
If you believe you have found a security or privacy issue with this site, please reach out through our contact page so we can look into it.
Our hosting platform provides the underlying infrastructure, transport encryption, and managed database controls. RestedSA is responsible for the content of this site, the appointment workflow, and how we handle the information you share with us. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the details they submit.
This page describes current practices and may be updated as our booking process evolves. It is not a legal contract or a certification of compliance with any specific standard.
